1. Rental Agreement:

By booking our property, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

The rental agreement is between the guest(s) and the property owner. 

2. Property Use:

The property is for overnight stays and may be used for business seminars and retreats with prior approval. 

The property cannot be sublet or used for any other commercial purposes without written consent. 

3. Booking and Payment:

A deposit is required to secure your booking. 

Full payment is due before the start of the rental period. 

4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period will not be refunded. 

5. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. 

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 

6. Security Deposit:

A security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any damage or additional cleaning fees. 

The security deposit will be refunded within [number of days] of check-out, minus any deductions for damages or additional fees. 

7. Property Care:

Guests are expected to keep the property clean and tidy during their stay. 

Any damage or breakage must be reported and will be charged to the guest. 

8. No Pets Policy:

No pets are allowed on the property at any time. 

9. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside the dwellings or within 25 feet of the dwelling.  

10. Liability:

The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. 

Guests are responsible for their own safety and should always exercise caution. 

Compliance with Laws:

Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. 

11. Termination of Stay:

The property owner reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay if they are in breach of these terms and conditions or if their behavior is deemed unacceptable. 

12. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho
